I like it, a lot.

I think the bracers are a bit overdone/bulky and the addition of Katar isn't really needed, but those are minor quibbles. It keeps her boots, tiara and WW theme while modernizing her look and being more respectful to the character in general. Big thumbs up!

I'm having a weird reaction where I hate it more the more people say they like it. I like that she's wearing clothes, but it feels like a jumbled mess to me.

Oh, I agree with you.  Parts of her look like Marvel's Comboman.  It's a step up, though.
